Vinification : Merlot rosé by saignée (grapes broken, but not pressed), Syrah rosé by direct pneumatic pressing. Low-temperature fermentation

Tasting

On the nose : A good nose of raspberries mixed with black-currants

On the palate : Cherries dominate, backed-up by more black-currants.
This wine's fine fruit is well enhanced by its attractive liveliness.
