(j) the appropriate space for the tenant to show whether the lessor agrees or disagrees with an article of the condition of the rental unit and the content by the lessor, as well as any further observations; 5. A lessor`s obligations under paragraph 1, period (a) apply regardless of whether or not a tenant was aware of the lessor`s breach of this subsection at the time the lease was concluded.
