Asme License Agreement

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, and should be interpreted in accordance with them, applicable to the agreements entered into and executed there, unless the law prohibits your institution from entering into contracts under New York law, in the limited case of new York, subject to the laws of jurisdiction in which your institution is located, and should be interpreted accordingly.
